IPL uses broad light waves — effective but less precise on darker skin. Classic laser (Nd:YAG, Alexandrite) uses one wavelength and can be more painful. SHR combines multiple wavelengths with repeated gentle pulses: maximum effectiveness, minimal pain, safe for all skin types. That is what we use.

Shave the area to be treated 24–48 hours beforehand. Avoid sun and sunbeds for 10 days before and after the treatment. Do not use creams or deodorant on the day itself. Never wax or use hair removal cream — only shaving is allowed. Avoid intense exercise 24–48 hours after treatment, as heat and sweat can irritate the skin. Our specialists give you full aftercare advice at each session.
